Yes, absolutely! We want you to be able to help those around you travel with you. You can transfer as many points as you have available at any time, absolutely for free.

No, Points have no value except within the SoarFare system and are nonrefundable.

On our Subscriptions page, you will notice it shows an estimated amount of flights per subscription level to help you decide which plan most fits your needs and budget.

SoarFare is a monthly subscription for points that you can use towards travel to help make travel more affordable by breaking flight costs into smaller payments.

Yes! Our main goal at SoarFare is to help you get there. We understand that many people often travel with family, and we have Family Subscriptions for this exact purpose. You can find our family plans on our Subscriptions Page.

Your SoarFare Points will never expire. Once you have accumulated points, they remain yours until you use them, or transfer them to another user.

Simply log in to your SoarFare Dashboard by clicking “Sign In/ Sign Up” in the top right-hand corner. Then type in the Destination Airport and your Origin Airport, The Dates for the trip, then click Search!

Not a problem! Upon booking, if you do not currently have enough points to cover the flight cost, you have the option to purchase “instant points” to make up any difference needed. We always want to help get you there!

Yes! You are able to use any points you have, even if your subscription is currently frozen.

Absolutely! When looking for flights, SoarFare will show you all available flights, times, and points for all the different airlines for the dates you have selected.

Currently, we are unable to use Frequent Flyer Miles from a Credit Card Carrier. This is a highly requested feature that we are currently working to implement in the near future. However, with most Frequent Flyer programs, you are still able to use your upgrade perks or get free in-flight items through the airline themselves.

You simply need to sign up for an account! No subscription is necessary to sign up for a SoarFare Account.

Yes, absolutely! Log in to your dashboard and click on “Account Info”. From there, click on “Upload Photo”.

You can find your payment history by logging in to your SoarFare Dashboard and clicking on “My Invoices”.
